Dmitry Amelchenko is the Chief Technology Officer and the Chief Architect for
Root Locus, Inc. Security Products and Services group. He is responsible for product architecture, systems infrastructure, quality assurance and delivering services to clients. He puts together a development team and manages it through all cycles of the product development activities to the final product delivery, assures high availability infrastructure to meet clients expectations of 24/7 operation mode.
Dmitry Amelchenko holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Belarus University of Information Technologies and Radioelectronics. Mr. Amelchenko experienced evolution of Internet-based technologies through building different types of business applications for major financial clients: Internet brokerage trading system (CheckFree Investment Services, 1996-1998), accounting-reporting system for large institutional international clients (Morgan Stanley, 1998-1999), online mutual funds system (Scudder Kemper / Deutsche Bank, 1999-2002), online commercial mortgage-backed securities analytics application (Standard and Poor's, 2003-2004), online student loan origination system (First Marblehead, 2004-2006).
Mr. Amelchenko has over twelve years of experience organizing development processes through applying industry recognized methodologies, defining tools strategy, providing build/deploy/configuration expertise, setting best practices and coding guidelines, he gained tremendous experience supporting financial systems in production, learning all aspects of data integrity and security consequences.
Mr. Amelchenko also holds professional certifications from Sun Microsystems and IBM.
